How Can We Help?

  • Employer Plan Selection

Confirming you have the right Employer Retirement Plan in place for your business is the first step, whether you are starting a new plan, or want to confirm your current plan is the best fit for your goals.

  • No Minimum Fees

We do not have minimum fees to set up your plan. Fees are only based on the total assets that are invested in the business’ retirement plan.

  • Tax Credit Calculations

If your business is eligible for a tax credit, our CPA will provide you with the completed IRS Form 8881, ready to be included with your tax return. If there’s a credit you qualify for, we’ll find it.

  • Safe Harbor Compliance

The IRS has many Safe Harbors (a legal provision to mitigate legal or regulatory liability in certain situations, provided that certain conditions are met).

While many 401(k) providers will put basic compliance measures in place, we go a step further and can utilize tougher exceptions, as available.

  • RMD and Employer Matching Contributions

While this service is offered by many providers, it’s another area that is susceptible to errors, so it’s a process that we carefully manage to ensure you receive every benefit to which you are entitled.

  • Available In-Depth Education for Employees

We offer one-on-one sessions for your employees, with personalized in-depth analyses. Each analysis is based on the actual current holdings of the individual, to assist them with their long-term investment goals. Please note: this feature is offered only once a plan reaches a specific level of assets under management.

We strive to provide a high-value, 401(k) service through:

  • Compliance

Your 401(k) will include ongoing compliance testing, including nondiscrimination and limit tests. In addition, standard annual reporting, like Form 5500 and Form 1099-R, are prepared, as required.

  • Reduced Liability

When working with a provider that offers 3(38) Investment Fiduciary and/or 3(16) Administrative Fiduciary services, it can reduce the overall liability of the business owner (also known as the Plan Sponsor).

  • Employee Resources

Employees have access to personalized investment portfolios, the website and mobile app, live support via phone and email, as well as one-on-one sessions with our CPA and Investment Advisor either in person or remotely (one-on-one sessions must be added as a specific feature).

  • Administrative

For accurate records, the 401(k) plan balances, transactions, and deferrals are tracked. In addition, the Third Party Administrator (TPA) handles executing trades, safeguarding plan assets, and much more.

  • Payroll Integration

Our Third Party Administrator (TPA) integrates with popular payroll providers for a seamless experience. If you need assistance mapping accounts from your payroll provider to your bookkeeping system, we can provide general guidance at no extra cost.

  • White Glove Service

Our priority is to provide the best service to your company. Whether you’re setting up a new 401(k) plan or transferring an existing one, we’ll provide support every step of the way.
